Prepping your lips with a thin layer of foundation or concealer will help your lipstick colour pop a lot more and show the true color of your lipstick.
Then apply a layer of “Silk” lip liner all over your lips before applying your lipstick, this will result in a longer lasting finish. Don’t forget to add that pop of plumper or gloss for a touch of highlight.
